My Xbox lights up but shows no signal on my t.v. Need Help Immediately

Please state the following clearly if you are seeking support:

  1. What is your issue? Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).
  2. What troubleshooting have you tried? Please list everything you have attempted.
  3. Have you researched your issue on the internet? If so, what results have you seen and tried?
  4. If no to 2 and/or 3, please start there.

1: Xbox One S
2: This happened before and i had to reset my xbox and download everything back again

Have you

  1. disconnected / reconnected the video cable
  2. tried a diferent cable
  3. ensured your TV is on the correct channel/input
  4. tried a different input for the cable on your tv
