How to report inappropriate group chat renames?

There’s sometimes people added by someone in chats who rename the chats to profane or racist like n word etc. Clearly their intention is toxic. But there seems to be no option to report this or even make it so that group chat owner can disable chat rename to prevent this

It was ignorable first, but the kind of things people rename has gotten pure evil and clearly they mean it and are doing it on purpose

There is no such option there

And the chat name still stays until we change it back

Playstation has the proper report chat name option not sure why Xbox doesn’t

Yeah but that’s only for player name or gamer tag. How do you report someone for changing a group chat name to something bad, and over their multiple bad changes

Pick the option and use the handy “tell us more (optional)” box to tell them more?

And how will enforcement guys know it’s about a group chat rename of this particular chat out of hundreds or whatever chats they’re in?

And will they know about it before they rename it again to something good … since we can only kick them once we are online

Ok. It’s just until the chat owner gets online to kick them those chat renames remain and creates a bad experience for everyone. And what if someone else changes it back, will enforcement still be able to see chat rename history?
