I could not get any solution, even from the xbox website, because the problem seems strange and needs a clip. I have a clip of 4 seconds that fully explains the problem

Also, the problem prevents me from playing

If you google this issue there is LOADS of information on this issue so I find it hard you couldnt find anyone that as had issues signing into the xbox app. even just looking though the posts here you would have found people with your issue and what too do
