My new x box series s controller works perfectly fine but when I go to the home page and my games& apps section it dosent work . Keep in mind when I play games it works perefect

Oh ye I read it I already did that

I followed a lot of tutorials

I did test mode and everything works fine but when I go home nothing happens I can’t move anything
