screenshots wont upload

I’ve been trying to upload a capture to the xbox network so I can get it on xbox app, but it won’t. And yes I have clicked upload to xbox network.

This is a known issue that is in the process of being fixed. The good news is that this issue is that uploads and deletes are just significantly delayed, so you shouldn't have to upload or delete anything again; however, it will probably take another day before stuff fully catches up.
