So I changed the email but what I did was I removed the main email but before that I put a new outlook email made it primary then removed the other one, but now when I tried to add it back it says it’s for a reserved domain??

You can't change the email to another Microsoft email
You can only change it to an external email. Gmail etc

but when I signed out and tried logging to that email I removed it says there’s no account created for that email and when I go to create it, it says it’s already made

Alright so now What I am trying to do is sign out of the new email I made primary then go to sign up, After I put the email in it tells me the account isn’t even created, and if I try to add the Alias it tells me it’s reserved.
Confusing as hell.

Because what you are trying to do is not possible. You need to contact support at this point
