When I go to upload a capture to Xbox it says it uploaded but when I go to share it all that comes up is "something went wrong" and when I deleted captures/clips they do not delete and it says I deleted them I need help

This is a known issue that is in the process of being fixed. The good news is that this issue is that uploads and deletes are just significantly delayed, so you shouldn't have to upload or delete anything again; however, it will probably take another day before stuff fully catches up.
