It is saying 0 b/s or ridiculously slow values when I try downloading games. This issue only persists when downloading games from the Xbox game pass on PC though. For example if I go onto steam, epic games launcher, rockstar launcher, star citizen launcher, etc (which I have tested), there is absolutely no issue (I even tested my ps and Xbox and there was no issues with downloading content) and any games I try download on there download at the speed they should. Any solutions to this issue?

So far i have attempted restarting the computer. I also looked at my drivers but since all other downloads on all other platforms work fine i doubt thats the problem
