I tried downloading Crusader Kings but it won't download but I also can't cancel the download for some reason or download something else, I already uninstalled the gamepass app but that didn't work either.

Please state the following clearly if you are seeking support:

  1. What is your issue? Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).
  2. What troubleshooting have you tried? Please list everything you have attempted.
