my xbox game clip won’t upload to xbox network
it says it does, but it still acts like it doesn’t upload
i promise that my xbox storage isn’t full, and i’ve even tried deleting some other captures, they disappear but when i go back onto captures list they reappear again

Same here. It seems the Xbox Network is having issues. When you delete a clip too, it shows your Storage % decrease, even though the clips come back.

One way to circumvent this is to upload to Onedrive

This is a known issue that is in the process of being fixed. The good news is that this issue is that uploads and deletes are just significantly delayed, so you shouldn't have to upload or delete anything again; however, it will probably take another day before stuff fully catches up.
