#Need help with Xbox app on windows 11

Please state the following clearly if you are seeking support:
- What is your issue? Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).
- What troubleshooting have you tried? Please list everything you have attempted.
- Have you researched your issue on the internet? If so, what results have you seen and tried?

Cloud Gaming option is not showing up on sidebar in Xbox app on Windows 11. I have tried changing region, using vpn, enabling some xbox and microsoft servies, re-installing the app from Microsoft store and the xbox website.
Why are you changing region and using a VPN? That's not permitted and is marketplace fraud.
