#I haven't been able to go into my Xbox account.

- What is your issue? Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).
- What troubleshooting have you tried? Please list everything you have attempted.
- Have you researched your issue on the internet? If so, what results have you seen and tried?
- If no to 2 and/or 3, please start there.

Note that that "reference" isn't an actual error message. It is just a number that web developers could use to track down all the transactions related to loading a page.
- My issue is that I haven't been able to login to my account because a reference shows up.
- I've tried logging out and in, and I changed the time settings.
- I've looked at the links provided, and I tried using methods online
why does reference show up?
because some error is happening and that is a log line that helps developers track down all the calls that were related to loading a page
try logging in to your account through a web browser.
try using a different browser if that doesn't work. try using incognito or private browsing mode.
that will show if your account is messed up.
reboot your xbox. try again.
log out of your account and log back in and see if that works.
i tried it on my phone, microsoft edge, and chrome
ive logged out about 3 times on each
i restarted my computer & i disconnected my account from my computer then reconnected it
so everythign works everywhere except on your xbox?

you can't access account.xbox.com via edge, chrome, using regular mode or incognito/private browsing? that's not good
can you try a different computer? a mobile browser?
it is weird that multiple browsers in multiple mods that block cookies/plugins all can't load up a specific web page

if literally no device in any configuration can access your account, then idk I guess you shoudl contact support
