Hey guys I just chose to turn off the console with the full shutdown option from the power options section. But when i look on xbox mobile app it says your console is on. Is it bug or ny console is still on?

if it was in the middle of downloading an update or whatever then it will stay on until that finishes then will finish teh shutdown process

no i am not doing a download or update right now. i turned off my console fan stopped no heat and no sound
