Account issue

So one day I try to log in to my account and it tells me something fishy is going on. It wants me to verify its me after I put in my password but the email is one I don’t remember making, though it starts with the letter of my first name it wont show me past the second character. I go through the steps of resetting everything without the email and it says there isn’t enough information to verify without the email. Is my account lost?

Same thing kind of happened with my account I had two years ago

And I tried getting it back but they didn’t think it was me so I don’t have one of my acc anymore
