I gotta question need sumn help, my homie is tryna join a party on his pc right and he made a new xbox account and his old one worked before but it got lost anyway his audio isn't working at all its saying he's muted on my side and he can't hear us, he's tried to unmute and stuff and it hasn't worked he even checked his output and input and nothing changed, he even reset his pc and he's over 18 so I don't think there's parental setting issues,And I added as a friend to see if that was defaulted and it wasn't I still can't hear man's, on his screen his mic activates on gamebar but on ours he's muted and we're mutually added, can I get help?
