locked out account

Hi, my account has had suspicious activity on it and locked me out of it, the phone number that is registered to the account is old so I cannot retrieve my account through it, when I fill in the recovery form it says the information isn’t correct as I don’t use the email anymore, can I verify the account another way like through the apps, email and my bank that is associated? Any suggestions?

The first person I spoke to hung up on me after I waited 10 minutes the second person didn’t say anything when they answered and I was waiting 40 minutes listening to someone breathing down the phone

im having the same problem but its because my account got hacked eaven tho microsoft knows that i dont have access to my account
