What is your issue? Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).
What troubleshooting have you tried? Please list everything you have attempted.
Have you researched your issue on the internet? If so, what results have you seen and tried?
If no to 2 and/or 3, please start there.

I try and sign in and it sends me to the microsoft xbox page, when I click sign in there nothing works

what device are you on?
So your trying xbox.com/play instead of the xbox app?

I am on pc using xbox play to access cloud

I have had no problem with it before

Its just signed me out and I cant sign back in]
