Hello whenever i try to launch the Xbox app it just loads for a bit and shuts off, I've tried everything i could find and what the support told me, I've reinstalled windows. added and removed things from registry. and I've trubleshooted and etc. i still can't find a fix whatever i do and my game pass is just running out without me being able to use it.

and this problem has being going on for months.

yes ive done all if it, i spoke with web support for 2 hours. reinstalled windows

did everything else they told me and it still wont work

and none of the steps in the guide is my issue

you said you couldn't load the xbox app on PC correct?

okey so, whenever i launch the xbox app it just boops for like 10 secs and shuts off

i can see the xbox app here

cant send pictures. anyways the uparrow in the taskbar

and on that pages it only lists game issues or error codes. im not getting any of that

I would still follow the steps from the top and try each stage making sure your following it correctly. I wouldn't know anything else to try unfortunately

Did u try powershell to remove and reinstall gaming services

I had a similar situqtion xbox app kept flashing the xbox logo forever. I uninstalled xbox app then did the powershell thing restart pc. Update gaming services. And reinstall xbox app then xbox app works no issue

Also is ur pc up to date with os qnd everything

Its in the last part for startup issues if u want to try to remove and reinstall gaming services via powershell

Since you not sure how to reinstall gaming services I do not think its too fair to say you have not even read it or followed the steps

alright so i ran the command in powershell

and i got into the app

i told me i had to update and i ran the update (i took me to microsoft store) and when the update was done the problem happened again. i've got to this point before
