Trying to setup wifi and when puttin in password I literally dont have the option to enter upper case letters. As per my wifi password has upper case characters therefore means I simply cannot connect to my wifi.
Anyway around this?
I've tried the following;
Factory Reset
Changed language on keyboard
Using diff controler
remote cloud
Press the stick or pull the trigger or something. It should be shown on screen what button switches between upper and lower case and symbols

Should be clicking the left thumbstick in.

As others have said click in the left thumb stick when the on screen keyboard is show
