What is your issue? Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. Whenever I try to install elder scrolls online it won't install and instead it will say installation stopped and whenever I try to resume installation it will just keep saying installation stopped I have and Xbox series x enhanced and I've tried restarting it clearing locally saved data removing my account and then re adding it to the xbox go offline then back online and a few other ones that I don't remember and I've looked on the internet and people had a problem similar to this but some of the things that I said that I tried worked for them but it doesn't work for me I found one video that had the exact same problem as me but they didn't figure out what happened

If you click on the entry in the queue after it stops, it should give you a reason code of what the error was that it encountered, can you find that error and post it here?

So in the Skyrim case, it has metadata to think the game should be installed, but it can't find the actual files (which is why it's 0 MB)

Ok, well, let's try this, go ahead and cancel everything that is stopped in your queue and broken this way (which should also uninstall them). If they're all broken this way, then that's not really removing anything anyway)

Ok, we're going to try a factory reset, but we'll keep the remaining games and apps so you don't have to reinstall those. You'll just have to add your account back to the console (it will go through the initial setup like when you first set it up).

Go into Settings > System > Console Info > Reset Console > Reset and Keep My Games & Apps

Ok, so the only other thing I can think of to potentially fix the issue is to try factory reset again but this time the full reset that also deletes your games and apps which would also format the drive your games which are installed on currently. You'd have to reinstall all those games too

Your save data is backed up in the cloud, so when you launch the game next, it will sync your save data down
