I’m trying to download fifa but my Xbox just won’t download. It keeps giving me the “installation stopped” alert and I don’t know why

Please state the following clearly if you are seeking support:

  1. What is your issue? Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).
  2. What troubleshooting have you tried? Please list everything you have attempted.
  3. Have you researched your issue on the internet? If so, what results have you seen and tried?
  4. If no to 2 and/or 3, please start there.

FIFA 19 keeps stopping itself from downloading around the 45% mark. I am on Xbox one OS version 10.0.22621.4074. I am not in Xbox insider program. I have tried cleaning the disc and downloading again but to no avail. I have researched my issue on the internet but found nothing to help

Try downloading the game while offline

So the only thing you've tried so far is cleaning the disc?

Search for the game in the mobile app and set it downloading from there to your console.

Doesn't matter, you can download any game from the app. Just put the disc in to play when it's done downloading.
