So my Xbox One won't turn on. It did this a few days ago and I removed the battery back from the console itself and the cord that plugs into the wall itself. After a few minutes the light turned off and when I plugged it back in the light was white and the Xbox One turned itself back on. Last night I tried turning it on and it didn't work. I tapped the power button and it made the power on noise and this really quick power off/fail noise idk how else to explain it any other way and the console didn't turn on. So I pull the battery pack out again and popped it on the bed to watch the light and it took way longer for the light to turn off. When I plugged it back in the light instantly went orange again and the console wouldn't turn on. So I just left it. This morning I had a power outage for 3 and a half hours and when the power came back on I had a look and the light on the battery pack was orange again. Basically I just wanna know is my console at the end of its life? I did get it around 2013/2014. Or is there a possible fix for this? Thanks for the help.

Is it an original Xbox One then? Not One S or X. I suppose when you mention "battery pack" you mean the big power brick.

Yeah it's an original Xbox One and yeah I meant the power brick

I imagine there's a chance the power brick itself could be faulty. Not sure if that's something you can easily get to try it out these days.

Idk if it's faulty. I assume it's just dying. It's been working fine until now. And like I said the Xbox itself is like a decade old.
