Anyone facing issues connecting with Ubisoft. I am trying to connect and it says my Xbox account is already connected to another Ubisoft account. But another account is the same one only.

sounds like your xbox account is aleay connected to a ubi account and you need to use that account you can only link it once. If your not sure what account that is you should be able to sign into the ubi website with your xbox account and it show what account it linked in your account settings or at least you be able to connect ubi and find out as well

I have tried removing accounts from both sides and then connecting again. It still gives the same error.

Once its connected you cant reconnect a other account i dont think you just need to use that account. Also i not sure what you mean by both sides you can only do this on the ubi website as mentioned
