When I go to my Samsung tv and play games like forza and I drift my controller rumbles, but when I play games like that on my iPhone my controller doesn’t rumble, it lets me play the games but there is just no rumble

AFAIK the standard bluetooth controller drives for iphone and android don't support rumble.

since Microsoft and Samsung worked closely, Samsung probably wrote custom drivers for their stuff
