I have reinstalled the xbox app, reinstalled the xbox app installer. Deleted the games, I don’t know what else to do. Xbox support has been less than helpful. And others with similar problems have not been given an answer.

Person with similar problem but I am not sure about what they mean with the download service.
I have searched and tried xbox support but its generic "reinstall" and "update" answers, has not helped.
When trying to open a gamepass game I have installed there is a pop up telling me that it can't be opened.
It links to the microsoft store that shows the game is installed and on gamepass, the play game button there also doesn't work.
Ping me if anyone has a possible solution

- Have you researched your issue on the internet? If so, what results have you seen and tried?
