Synchronizing problem with xbox one s

hey guys i need some help i have xbox one s
and for some reason around like week ago it started saying "synchronizing data for "game" " and everything else and it keeps on going without synchronizing without doing anything
and idk what to do
i cant even update games cuz it keeps getting stopped
Before it started i normally played on the xbox for some months prob even a year
