i was trying to buy forza dlc but it only shows the credit card as a payment option i also dont want to remove the card because my game pass is linked to it
i have 30$ on my account and the dlc is 29.99$

When you go to pay, there should be a way to change the payment method. If you change that to your microsoft balance, the partial payment you still owe will switch to the credit card on file.
