I got a series s for my bday and it won’t stop stuttering I’ve tried unplugging and actually reset the console twice

First, I wanna make sure you have your Xbox/display set up correctly, so follow this path on your Xbox.

Settings > General > TV & display options > Calibrate TV

It will take you through all the steps to get you the "best" settings.

It will take a good bit of time, but it'll go through options like Game Mode so you're getting the experience designed for gaming.

If you don't have RGB mode or a blue filter for your TV for the final step, don't worry too much about the color settings.

It stopped stuttering I turned off game mode and for picture setting I went back from movie to normal but I guarantee it’ll come back again like it did

That's what the TV calibration is for, it'll help you out with that. You might need to set your picture settings up again since you changed display options.

Aside from that, make sure your Xbox's HDMI is connected to the right ports in your display.
