Where are you setting the password?
Where is it telling you you’re wrong?
Telling me I’m wrong on Xbox setting it on the website
And I type it EXACTLY how I set it (and was extra careful) and it never worked
I’m on the Series X… trying to sign in
I JUST checked, the password is CORRECT on the Microsoft website but my Xbox won’t accept it
multiple different but similar problems all appear to be getting resolved with the same set of steps - removing, reboot, readd
Password worked when I deleted and readied the profile, but it’s still giving me the same issue and has been for EVERY password I’ve reset and tried
“Use the password l for your Microsoft Account.” Like, 5 different ones and that’s all I get
Idk.
But if you are repeatedly and rapidly changing your passwords you could end up with the password not being fully updated through the entire system when you’re trying to use it.
Maybe if Xbox would ACCEPT the password instead of denying it EVERYTIME, I wouldn’t be doing this
I mean, it’s one thing if I’m typing it in wrong but for it to say the same thing? I know something is wrong because it just won’t let me in period
And it’s just the console
I don’t have the time or patience for a full factory reset to set it all back up
Or redownload EVERY game I have
