i bought killer instinct definitive edition and i only have the season 3 characters I tried xbox support and the killer instinct forums but everything they've told me to do hasn't worked

did u check the dlcs? there are a few characters u need download them as dlcs

Yeah but they all say this product can’t be installed on this pc and the download button is greyed
