If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).
- What troubleshooting have you tried? Please list everything you have attempted.
- Have you researched your issue on the internet? If so, what results have you seen and tried?
- If no to 2 and/or 3, please start there.
If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.
I am at school, and since my xbox and my monitor are 120hz i am at 120hz and the school monitor cant handle it i cant see the configs or anything
I tried reseting and everything
Your Xbox will switch to 60Hz if that's all there is.
it isnt,in my home tv it also didnt switch
You're using HDMI?

sorry for the ping ! It says not supported
i once turned my xbox into my tv and i freaked out, then i had to turn off go to the monitor and turn it to 60hz
OK, that's from your momintor. You want to put your console in to low resolution mode, sometimes called safe mode, and then you can adjust your graphical settings
How can i do that if i cant see?
None of those worked
I tried sync button and power button and only power
Then you need to find a TV that will work.
