You can contact official support and be prepared to provide proof of your correct birth date, like a government document, and they might be able to fix it.

Actually it might need to be Microsoft support since it is the ms account. Either way same set of search queries will find the page

Also note that there is zero chance you’ll be able to scam them. They’ve heard every excuse in the book from people who are actually underage but are trying to sneak their way around parental controls.
