Basically, my xbox gamepass ultimate has been done right. So I wanted to play a game and hopped on the xbox app on windows 11. When I opened it, it said I can redeem a month of ultimate and would have to link my card so I did. My xbox account then got the highlighted ultimate thing below the name. I left for a little before installing a game or anything and closed the app. I came back and it said ultimate for a second under the name but then the app whitescreen like it refreshed and then the ultimate left. I am now unable to download any gamepass games but can still play my installed gamepass games, can I please receive support for this issue?
