I'm trying to download Pac-Man Museum+ off PC game pass but the download speed is stuck at 0B/S, it's been like that for a few days and I went as far as reinstalling windows to fix it but the problem persists

I seemingly can't help you but notice I've been downloading GTA V for hours in their launcher, download speed varying all the way from around or below 1 MB to 20 MB. You must be struggling as much...

Maybe try changing the directory which you are trying to install the game on

the problem is that i can't cancel it either

it's also worth noting that it's not that the download speed is consistently low, it's constantly 0

Can't you download it off the MS Store as well?
