I tried many ways to solve this problem but nothing helped please tell me

1 my problem on pc
2 I rebooted the system, used vsreset, the xbox and microsoft accounts are the same, did a microsoft reset, ran the troubleshooter and I don’t remember a few more ways
3 Yes I did and it didn't help
