If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).

Can’t post my issue because it’s too long so I guess I have to break it into multiple messages

I’m trying to play Forza Horizon 5 and access my gifts and community tunes on my Xbox Series X, but no matter what, I am always met with this error screen. This is only happening on the Xbox. I can access every community feature such as my gifts, the auction house, community tunes, etc. when I launch the PC version, so there is no issue with my Microsoft Account. This has been an intermittent issue for me for almost a year.

I have done the following:

•    Sign out then Sign back in
•    Remove my account entirely, then re-adding it
•    Restarting the Xbox
•    Shutting the Xbox down, unplugging all cables and removing the expansion card, waiting 120 seconds, then connecting back
•    Replacing the entire Xbox itself with a brand new unit (this was due to an issue with the first Xbox constantly thinking it was wired when an Ethernet cable had never even been plugged in)
•    Calling Microsoft and using their online chat support to speak with a tech, who could not help
