The Microsoft Store isn’t purchasing the game. When I try to click “Buy” after imputing my passcode, it says “Oops. Not sure what happened there”, and error code thing says “Z/V5TsAWAgjp5F/gSJUxVy.317”

That’s not an error code that you can use. That’s just an ID that web developers could use it torouboesnoot the page.

Try a different browser.
Try incognito or private browsing mode.

I’m trying to download it via the Xbox store on my console, so should I try to do that via Xbox app?

You can buy games from a web browser and then install it on your Xbox, as long as you log in with the same account, yes

If you mean Xbox.com, then the game isn’t there. When I type in the name of the game, it doesn’t show up

I’m trying to get Sonic Origins, but when I type that in, literally everything except Sonic Origins shows up. I don’t think they removed the game, it came out semi-recently
