So I am trying to become a bigger content creator through time and I am moving over to the Xbox Series S and I want to know how to properly record clips with friends voices and mine together. Can anyone tell me?

To record everything, including all chats, then you need to use a capture card / usb capture device along with a computer.

I have a HP chromebook but Im assuming that won't work

I don’t know if there is streaming software for chromebooks. You can check for example the OBA Studio web page to see if they support it. There are of course other apps beyond obs
