Hello, I've an mk11 ultimate disc and ideally all dlc characters should be unlocked like the joker and rain but when i play the game, none of the characters are unlocked. Please help me with this with priority

I have never seen an Ult disc that the DLC is not a code to redeem

Had to insert play disc. Works fine now. Thanks guys

Without the disc, i only had to play the normal gamepass version
