I need some help I purchased a 1 month game pass a year ago And then I entered a token for ult game pass for life I think And I still have game pass after a year but I haven’t been getting charged how do I know if I won that prize

When I go on my subscription
Is says game pass that’s it
When i try cancel it nothing happens

For example, mine shows this. I have Game Pass Ultimate until February 2026

I purchased it with EE for a month right. And it said a month specifically when I go and click manage it says I need to cancel it from EEs side which i did ages ago

And on ee it even says it’s cancelled

And when I click manage it takes me to ee
But ee says I’ve cancelled my game pass
