My friend just got a year of gold. It said he could upgrade for 1$ to ultimate on a tile on the dashboard. What does that mean what will the conversion be? 1:1?

the $1 for ultimate is over. but yes if he upgrades to ultimate all his gold will turn to ultimate plus whatever months he upgraded too. I brought 3 years of gold and upgraded to ultimate. im good til june of 2025

It is only 1:1 if you are currently not a active game pass ultimate subscriber. It converts at a lower rate if you are subbed to ultimate currently
