I created a new account on xbox with the username "SQ1BX" you can go and verify that it's new and not played on ever, I created it through my phone then went on xbox to login though there was an error saying I have to go to the website to manage stuff, when I got to the website suddenly it says that I violated the Microsoft services agreement, so I had to unlock my account, I put in my phone number then hit send but it said "Usage limit exceeded, try again tomorrow" I tried everyday and it still says that, the account has been locked for 3 months and i still don't know what's the problem, please help me to get the account back/unlocked.
