Some months ago, my Xbox got absoluted resetted, it didn't lost my account or the games installed but it made me put again all the settings (like if it was a new console)
It happened when I powered off the console after activate for first the "energy saving" mode
I deactivate the energy saving mode after that and, after that, I could never connect the remote play of the phone app and the console never again (I had the issue months ago)
The console is fine and the phone app still works fine, but everytime I try to connect it gives me an "error to connect" (without an error code)
Respecting at what I tried, since there is only one way to connect and it fails always on the first phase
The only things I tried to solve it (since I don't know what else do) is to uninstall the app and reinstall, and trying to connect using multiple wi-fi points (the app require me to connect both console and mobile phone to a single wi-fi point)
Xbox series S got complete resetted without reasons and remote play doesn't work

Would you happen to be in the insider program by chance? If not, contact official support, because this isn’t a normal issue for public builds.
