My xbox is stuck on the 3rd stage of an update. When I turn it on, I don't get the startup screen and I cant access the home screen. It goes straight to the update screen, and then gives me an e100 error. I tried restarting, soft and hard reset, clearing the hard drive, and an offline update, but none of these things have worked. The only thing I did to the xbox before turning it on was replace a faulty power supply, and replace the front panel because the ribbon cable was broken. Before that. it was sitting unused and without power for nearly a year. Anyways, does anyone know how I can fix my xbox?

So you've followed step-6 then multiple times? 'cause I find it hard to believe that you've done step 6 in that list.

I took it to someone yesterday and the man who was going to repair it said he couldnt fix it. Wasn't a professional though. More of a family friend.
