I’m trying to play 360 games on my Xbox one and when I try to play Xbox live it says this current profile can’t play but it’s not banned cause I can play on my Xbox Series x

Remove the account from your Xbox, restart the console, and re-add it.

Yep! Should be fixed once you go back into a 360 game and it resyncs the profile.

Interesting. Is there an error code along with the message? What exactly does the message say when you try to play?

So I tried it on bo1 and all it says the current profile is not allowed to play on Xbox live

And it just keeps saying that I’ve tried different profiles too

I see. I was just about to ask if you had checked your privacy settings, but if it's happening on every account on the system, then I'm wondering if there might be something else going on.

Have you tried a factory reset? Make sure to keep your games and apps when it asks you.
