Remove the account from your Xbox, restart the console, and re-add it.
Where do I go to remove it
Settings > Account > Remove Accounts

Yep! Should be fixed once you go back into a 360 game and it resyncs the profile.

Interesting. Is there an error code along with the message? What exactly does the message say when you try to play?
So I tried it on bo1 and all it says the current profile is not allowed to play on Xbox live
And it just keeps saying that I’ve tried different profiles too

Have you tried a factory reset? Make sure to keep your games and apps when it asks you.
