#can't play Crossfire X

I'm not 100% sure if this is a problem with my Xbox, but I'll post it here anyway because I don't know where else to post about this

so recently I got the Xbox Series X, and I had to update a bunch of games to next gen (which I'm still in the process of doing) and for some reason after I updated Crossfire X, my Xbox claims that I don't own the game and I need to either buy it or "sign in to an account that has bought it" I tried to buy it again but the Microsoft store has it listed as "currently unavailable" so that's out the window, however the strange thing is that I distinctly remember buying it on my account bc I remember playing it a while ago and now my Xbox claims I didn't buy it?? any ideas?

because you need too download the licence as said but i no idea why the page says not avaiable for you. The games been removed in May anyhow
