I have had my Xbox One S for 2 - 3 years now, and everytime I try to play a game, it just crashes as I load in. Let’s say I try to play Forza Horizon 5. The load in screen will work and everything but when I click A to play, it will go to the loading screen and then crash after around 15 - 40 seconds. And let’s say I play Fortnite. The loading screen works, and it lets me log in. But when I try to change skins, go to the item shop, etc, the console will run really slow and then eventually crash the game. I have spent $15 on xbox gamepass yesterday, just to have to deal with a problem that I thought was fixed, but had it for around 6 months. Can someone for the love of god help me.

Please state the following clearly if you are seeking support:
- What is your issue? Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).
- What troubleshooting have you tried? Please list everything you have attempted.
- Have you researched your issue on the internet? If so, what results have you seen and tried?
- If no to 2 and/or 3, please start there.
If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.
Hey,
I May Be Able To Help
Has It Been Updated And are cables connected properly
Yes, I have changed cables and changed them back, and updated the console and it still won’t work.
Ok Has It Ever Been Dropped or anything
No
or taken apart
Nah I never physically touch it unless to turn it on
Should I respond to this to give a better understanding?
Is It Possible to send a recording of it loading and crashing
Yes, give me a second.
ok
I’m not sure if it’s gonna be too big to send when I record.
just try to
if it is send small parts
i do have a small suggestion if i dont see anything
I’ll send it to private messages
Yes, you should.
Also, it would be better to keep support in here instead of DMs so there's a better chance of everyone being on the same page.
Reading your problem, however, it sounds like it could potentially be a little more tricky.
I would try a factory reset if you haven't already (keep your games and apps) and see if that helps. If not, you might need to send it in for any repairs.

My Xbox One S does not work. Every game I try to play crashes, even though I have changed outlets many times. The only time I saw slight progress was when it allowed me to play for only 5 minutes before crashing again and going back to the same process.

I have tried all troubleshooting, from “my game won’t start, all the way to “about remote play setup”. I have also tried to factory reset and change the cables but saw no progress

I have researched online but no one seems to have the problem that I am having, at least not specifically the same problem.
My apologies.
No need to apologize, just trying to help. 😄
If you've already tried what has been suggested, then getting it repaired is probably the next step here as it could potentially be a more complex issue, especially since you're saying it starts slowing down and then the console crashes.
Do you have any recommendations on where to get it repaired?
Your best bet would be to set up a repair ticket with Microsoft as they have all the means to do whatever they need to do, even replacing the console itself if necessary. Keep in mind that if your console is past the warranty it could cost a bit.
Outside of that option, you could also take it to a licensed computer repair shop and see if they can do anything there.
