What is your issue? Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).
What troubleshooting have you tried? Please list everything you have attempted.
Have you researched your issue on the internet? If so, what results have you seen and tried?
If no to 2 and/or 3, please start there.

If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.

I'm at my witts end with this problem. I've tried every avenue I can think of.

2 weeks ago my Xbox app on PC stopped working. I'm unable to access any games in the app. Games I own or thru game pass. It says I'm constantly downloading updates but I can't cancel them.

Last week my Xbox game bar on PC for voice chat no longer works. If I try to join a party or invite people to a party it freezes n then explodes the app disconnecting me from everything.

If you look at the link you can see in detail all we have tried. Here's a summery however.

Uninstalled and reinstalled both Xbox app, game bar and gaming services.

Reverted back to older updates for Xbox app game bar and gaming services.

Cleared cashe on Xbox app n game bar n gaming services.

The last thing to try is a hard wipe of the computer. Which I really don't want to do. But we have spent a week trying everything and getting nothing to work.

Does anyone have any other ideas we could try. Please.

you need to be on the latest update, so the update is stuck? reinstalling it should fix that issue if it does not then please give more infomation on what exactly the issue is other than this isnt working
