tried all solution that in xbox helping site like reg query HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\iphlpsvc\Teredo
and restart the ip helper ,netsh interface Teredo show state

What Network set up do you have - Ie are you using wired or wireless A gateway or router and Modem ect
