every time i try to start the game, im met with both of the loading screens and the game wont run

So the loading screens disappear and the game never starts, but you don't see any error pop ups?

Ok, Go ahead and try running the game so it brings up the splash screens again and then goes away so we have a recent log

Then once they disappear, bring up your Start menu and type Event Viewer

Launch the application it suggests, you should see something like this:

Are you using the chat with support or chat with a gamer because they normally very quick at answering ( Support)
